Under the Division of Corporate Services, Office Services and Infrastructure is responsible for the following operational areas of; Formulation and Review of Administration Policies, Development of Procedures & Guidelines for the University wide administration support services, Management of the University Fleet, Property Management (construction, refurbishment, maintenance, cleaning and landscaping). Management of staff housing facilities, Space Management, Contracted Services (security and cleaning management), Management of insurance policies for the University assets, Management of Land use and development, Management of Utilities and Records Management.

The Department has a functional responsibility for the indicated operational areas at the Campuses.
