Botswana Open University is switching to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Notice is given to all our creditors that effective 1st April 2018 the Botswana Open University (BOU) will be switching to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments, as an effort to improve customer service. We, therefore, urge our valued stakeholders to update their creditor details with the University, in order to facilitate a smooth transition from cheque payment to EFT payments.
All existing and new creditors will be requested to complete a bank detail confirmation form and return to the Finance Department.
SEMESTER 2 (JANUARY 2018) REGISTRATION DEADLINE
All tertiary learners are reminded that the final registration deadline is 28th February 2018. For SSBM and CVET, the deadline for applications is 23rd February 2018. However, please note that the Delivery Schedules still remain unchanged.

Collection of Certificates (Amity)
Botswana Open University (BOU) would like to inform all those who completed their studies through Amity University and IGNOU between 2011-2017 to come and collect their certificates at BOU headquarters, in Gaborone during weekdays between 2pm and 4pm. You can check your name on the list on our Facebook and website page for verification.
For those who have collected their certificates and your names still appear on the list please ignore this communication.
