Rationale for the Programme

The Bachelor in Business Administration - Leadership and Change Management – (BBA - LCM) is an applied and tiered bachelor’s programme offered at three levels, described as entry and exit points. The programme of study is broken down as follows:

Level 1: 120 Credits.

Level 2: 240 Credits.

Level 3: 360 Credits.

The purpose of the BBA–LCM is to provide any leader tools to implement changes more smoothly and to have those changes better accepted as well as to provide students with an understanding of what change is; how it comes about; how it is implemented. Further, it facilitates understanding of the change management process and learning of some important change management tools. Students will have an appreciation of the three levels of change, namely, the individual, the team, and the organization levels. Finally, graduates will be able to integrate academic and practical ideas thereby enhancing rounded studentship.
