Submission and Manuscript Guidelines
Submission of Abstract
Submit an abstract of not more than 350 words, indicating title, focus of presentation, research methods and key findings. Each abstract should identify a topic and the conference sub-theme. They should also include a list of key words at the end. Abstracts should be sent to this email: 2022bouannualconference@bou.ac.bw. Submission of abstracts opens: 15th May 2022 and the last date to submit abstracts is 31st July 2022. Notification of abstract peer review/acceptance is from the
15th – 31st August 2022.
Manuscript guidelines
Full papers of accepted abstracts should be submitted on or before latest by the
22nd September 2022 for peer review. Papers should be written in Times New Roman 12pt font, 1.5 line-spacing and justified margins. Papers should include title page (title, author names and organisation), abstract should include five keywords, the main body and conclusion. The length of the paper should be between 4500-6000 words. Papers should be divided into subheadings and have page numbers. Quality papers may be considered for publication in either a journal Special Issue or an edited book. Registration commences: 1st September 2022, Registration ends: 30th September 2022.

1.Maun BOU Campus Hotel. There are 32 rooms available comprising of 22 Double Bedrooms and 10 Twin Bedrooms at P357.00 or $25.00.
