5. Scheduling and Timetabling for commencement of Semester Activities
6. Liaison between Student Services and other Departments (materials, marking guides, information sharing, participation in School Boards, Tutor Management, Fees, rationalization of Face to Face group ratios)
7. Learner Profiling, welfare Assessments, Referrals & complaints management
8. Skills development & Student Motivation
9. Induction of new staff on processes and standards
10. Divisional Risk Management Reviews
11. Oversees learner welfare initiatives, learner engagement & other complimentary programmes relevant to student growth & development
12. Health and wellness initiatives
