2.Course description:
To train professionals without qualification on pedagogical skills related to teaching learning and assessment. These could be experts with knowledge and content about the subject matter. However, they lack the necessary skill to train, impart knowledge and assess the results of training. The trainers' course intent is to close this gap, designed for instructors, training specialists and others who deliver presentations in a training environment.

3. Course aims:

By virtue of its practical nature, the course aims at:
● Equipping trainers with requisite competencies that are in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes transferable to leadership of individuals and groups in the various departments of organisations.
● Enhancing the capacity of trainers to help personnel to improve work performance and to keep up-to-date in their fields of specialisation.
● Facilitating a culture of organisational efficiency in which new abilities replace obsolete ones.
● Merging theory and practice in the psychology and sociology of adult learning.
● Upgrading coaching and guiding skills of trainers
● To train potential trainers to demonstrate competencey in ,developing materials , lesson facilitation and assessment of learners .
