Global trends indicate that organisations experience the need to train and develop their employees in work –related skills to meet the demands of the complex and ever changing organisational and institutional environment. It is therefore necessary to provide guidance to organisations and institutions on how to develop and design curricula based on their training needs analysis for different courses that they may need to address work place needs.

This course can especially be useful for Human Resource practitioners in Training and development, educationists, trainers and consultants responsible for developing and designing courses in their organisations and institutions.

After taking part in this course, participants will be able to demonstrate and apply knowledge, skill, and competence of curriculum development and design in their work- places to empower their employees for higher performance.
