Short Courses
This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of management related to the tourism and hospitality industry. Topics include: financial management and accounting, human resource issues, hotel and resort management, food and beverage management, and event management. Students will also be introduced to standards, practices, regulations and laws in the tourism and hospitality industry and developing a guesthouse business plan.
