• Performance Audits at Regional Campuses (tutor contracts, training guides, attendance templates, procedures & standards adherence, implementation of strategies)
• Student Governance & Advocacy, Welfare programme Oversight
• Guidance, Counselling & Special Needs Provision oversight and Planning
• Scheduling and Timetabling for commencement of Semester Activities
• Liaison between Student Services and other Departments (materials, marking guides, information sharing, participation in School Boards, Tutor Management, Fees, rationalization of Face to Face group ratios)
• Learner Profiling, welfare Assessments, Referrals & complaints management
• Skills development & Student Motivation
• Induction of new staff on processes and standards
• Divisional Risk Management Reviews
• Oversees learner welfare initiatives, learner engagement & other complimentary programmes relevant to student growth & development
• Health and wellness initiatives
