The programme aims to train professionals who lack qualifications in pedagogical skills related to teaching learning and assessment. These could be experts with knowledge and content about the subject matter. However, some lack the necessary skills to train, impart knowledge and assess training. The trainers’ course intent is to close this gap, designed for instructors, training specialists and others who deliver presentations in a training environment, and for the potential trainers to demonstrate competency in developing learning materials, lesson facilitation and assessment of learners.
